You’ll never lose out on sessions you’ve purchased. If, for any reason, you’re unable to use all your sessions in a given month, they will automatically roll over to the next month.

Absolutely, you can add as many sessions as you want at your locked-in membership pricing.
No. The sessions are exclusive to the member on file and cannot be transferred to others.
No, they do not expire. Your sessions stay active and roll over to the next month as long as your membership is active. If you decide to cancel, you’ll have 90 days to use any remaining sessions.
Your membership is only valid at your local studio at this time.
You can cancel by accessing an online link. This will start a 30-day cancellation period. If there’s a payment due during this period, it will process as scheduled, and you can still use those sessions.
Yes, you can freeze your membership up to two times per year for at least one-month minimum. During this time, a $10 freeze fee will be charged monthly. Don’t worry, you won’t lose any unused sessions while your membership is frozen. Once you unfreeze, your sessions become available again and regular billing resumes.
