Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University San Marcos and is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner from Healing Hands School of Holistic Medicine. With certifications as a Rock Steady Boxing Coach, Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Nutrition Coach, she has extensive expertise in the health, wellness, and fitness industry. As a Marine Corps Veteran, Kate's values of pride, hard work, and dedication have driven her proactive work ethic and leadership abilities. She managed the body composition program for her squadron, designing and implementing diet and exercise programs to bring Marines back into physical standards. Additionally, she has experience as a PT aide at North County and Escondido Physical Therapy, further showcasing her commitment to health and wellness. Kate loves working with clients and partners in the Encinitas community by maximizing their ability to embrace the active San Diego lifestyle with our Stretch Zone Method.

Whitney Midelton is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM) with a passion for helping people move better and feel their best. Her background spans group fitness instruction, personal training, and leadership in gym operations, giving her a well-rounded, client-first approach. Whitney holds a degree in Communication Studies and has also led youth outdoor adventure programs, showcasing her leadership, adaptability, and love for movement. At Stretch Zone, she’s equipped with the knowledge and experience to support clients in improving mobility, relieving tension, and boosting overall wellness. Her positive energy, thoughtful programming, and hands-on guidance make every session motivating and effective. Whitney is committed to helping each client feel stronger, looser, and more confident in their body.

Bria Dixson is a graduate of California State University San Marcos, where she earned her degree in Kinesiology with a strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, and movement analysis. A former collegiate basketball player now working in skilled nursing, Bria combines academic knowledge with hands-on healthcare experience to help clients move and feel better. She brings a warm, professional presence to every session, drawing from both her athletic and customer service background to create a supportive environment. At Stretch Zone, Bria is equipped to guide each client through customized sessions that support flexibility, recovery, and overall wellness. Her goal is to help every person leave feeling more balanced, relaxed, and empowered in their movement.

With a background in kinesiology, rehabilitation stretching, and corrective exercise, Shannon is skilled in guiding clients through safe, effective sessions that support healing, flexibility, and overall wellness. She has worked closely with chiropractic patients, helping manage discomfort and improve form through tailored movements.
