I enjoy sports and being active by playing ultimate frisbee, kayaking, and walking around parks.I hold a Kinesiology degree from Liberty University, where I coached the Liberty Men's Ultimate team for 4 years. I have been helping clients (ages: 14-76) with stretching and exercising since 2023 and am excited to continue assisting people on their wellness journey.
