My name is Kourtney and I'm the General Manager at Stretch Zone Buckhead. I received my Bachelor's of Science degree in Exercise Science from Georgia State University. I'm passionate about helping people move better and improve their overall quality of life. One of the most rewarding parts of my role is being a part of each member's wellness journey and seeing the progress they make as they become more mobile, active, and confident. Outside of the studio, I enjoy exercising, attending sporting events, and exploring new activities. I'm excited to be in Buckhead and I look forward to helping the community experience the benefits of stretching.
