From Panama City, Florida. Attended University of South Carolina, Aiken on a four year basketball scholarship. Graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Sports Science with a concentration in Allied Health. I have a passion for the Allied Health field because I want to positively impact the healthcare needs of individuals. Prior to joining the Stretch Zone family I worked for Orangetheory for 6 years with my last position being the Head Coach. I coached over 4,000 classes where I was able to positively impact lives through fitness. I joined Stretch Zone because it was the perfect combination of incorporating exercise science, physiology, and allied health all in one. Stretch Zone will allow me the opportunity to help individuals improve their range of motion, increase athletic performance, and decrease daily pain levels. I’m excited to be apart of the company in the Panama City Beach location.
