Denise, the owner of Stretch Zone, is an ex lawyer from DC who has always had a love of fitness. She has been dancing since a young child, done years of MMA, always lifted weights and more recently competed in bodybuilding. She values body work as a means of self-care and preservation and has experimented with multiple modalities in the health and wellness arena. She firmly believes stretching is a key component in living a pain free life and wants to share this with everyone!
