Helen Martin is the largest Stretch Zone Franchisee. She opened her first location in 2014 with 2 stretchers and 1 table in Stuart, FL. Now with 27 locations (FL, CT, MA) and few more on the books, she is focused on delivering the best service and stretch to each client who walks in the door! Helen has Stretch Zone in her blood!
Though I am originally from Tennessee, I have been in Brevard County Florida for 11 years. I started my fitness career after losing 250 pounds and studied to get my personal training and nutritional coaching certifications with NASM. After spending some time working as a personal trainer, I got my stretching certification with Stretch Zone and started out as a practitioner in Melbourne. Once I mastered my craft, I brought my talents to Titusville as the General Manager and have been here since. I am married with 3 kids and spend most of my time outside of Stretch Zone with them, going to the gym, or hiking.
