Julie’s background in the health and fitness industry includes a wide array of professional certifications and a working knowledge of best practices. Julie holds a masters degree in psychology, a certified yoga instructor and certified in mindful meditation, resiliency and breathing. Julie’s breadth of sport activities have included competitive running, mountain biking, weight training, kayaking, hot yoga and most recently became PADI certified as an open water diver. Julie is also a mom to four adult children.
