Ashley was born in North Carolina but spent most of her life in Virginia. Several years ago Ashley & her husband decided they wanted a more serene and relaxed life so the relocated their family to Ashford, Alabama. After 10 plus years in the hair care industry Ashley found herself wanting to make a bigger impact in people's lives. She went back to school and became a Licensed Massage Therapist. She assisted many people in their goals for a healthier and more well balanced lifestyle. Longing to impact more people on a wider scale Ashley found Stretch Zone. After reading about the founder and his story, the companies core values, & the story of Kim Crowell, owner of Dothan Stretch Zone, Ashley knew that becoming a Stretch Practioner & team leader was her next step to providing everyone with the health, wellness, & support they need in their daily lives. Ashley's passions in life are to help others achieve their dreams, goals, and optimum health & wellness. She thoueoughly enjoys the outdoors & spending quality time with her family. Her hobbies include making homemade soaps with pure essential oils, cooking, & energy work.
