    The Stretch Zone Method® addresses flexibility from a neurological perspective. This is achieved by dealing with the muscle’s nervous tension (“tonus”) to reach an optimal active range of motion. The goal is not to make a person more “flexible” or “elastic,” but rather enable you to move more functionally by re-establishing a more ideal resting muscle tone. By re-educating the associated nerve-muscle reflex, the Stretch Zone Method® leads to movement becoming easier and more efficient.

    Rather than creating soreness by pulling on our limbs to extremes, the Stretch Zone Method® works through the nervous system to achieve lasting gains in flexibility and range of motion. The method rests on the notion that changing and re-educating our muscle’s nervous energy is a major factor in unleashing our body’s intended function. This nervous energy, known as the stretch reflex, is our body’s automatic defense against the dangers of over-stretching. Any movement that goes too fast or too far, or is held for too long, will cause your body to resist with the stretch reflex. Once the reflex is activated, your body has effectively said “no more” and resists the stretch. Any further attempt at stretching becomes counter productive and may even cause long term damage.

    Alexander Endler

    Regional Manager

    Alexander is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, but spent most of his childhood in Houston, TX. He graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2018 with his bachelor's degree in exercise and sport science. He will obtain his master's degree in human performance/exercise physiology in 2021 through Liberty University. He enjoys training and competes in bodybuilding competitions. Most of his free time is spent at the gym and with his girlfriend.


    Triston Finley

    General Manager

    Triston is a true local. He is a surfer from Pawleys Island and loves to travel. He is a recent graduate from Coastal Carolina with a degree in exercise and sports science (May 2021).


    Emilye Denny

    Assistant General Manager

    Emilye was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. She has her Master’s degree in Athletic Training from the University of Evansville. She moved to Myrtle Beach in 2021 and worked at Coastal Carolina University as the men’s soccer Resident Athletic Trainer. She enjoys roller blading, playing paddle ball at the beach, and spending time with my boyfriend Ryan and our two dogs Millie and Archer.


    Jelynn Savoy-Green

    Stretch Practitioner

    Jelynn is originally from Clinton, MD and moved to Myrtle Beach in 2016 to pursue her B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science at Coastal Carolina University. She has 4 years experience as a Hapmundo martial artist and obtained her 1st degree black belt status in 2014. In her spare time she enjoys playing sports and watching drama series.


    Taylor Charlton

    Stretch Practitioner

    Taylor is originally from Cleveland, Ohio. She moved to Aynor, SC with her family when she was a child. She recently obtained her bachelors in Exercise and Sports Science at Winthrop University where she played collegiate softball as a catcher. She is a certified group fitness instructor as well as a certified personal trainer. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and workout out!


    Lara Gabriele

    Stretch Practitioner

    Lara is originally from Greenwich, CT. She is a 2021 Coastal Carolina University graduate with a Bachelors in Exercise and Sport Science. She is continuing her education at HGTC for an Associates of Science Degree in Physical Therapy Assistance. In her free time Lara enjoys painting, tumbling, running, and fostering animals.


    Bailey Hagood

    Front Desk/Stretch Practitioner

    Bailey is originally from Woodbridge, Virginia. She moved here in 2017, and has received a bachelor’s degree from Coastal Carolina University in May of 2021. Her favorite sports are lacrosse and field hockey. She also did 15 years of competitive cheerleading. In her free time she likes to work out and travel with her dog Finn.


    Ronald Brown

    Stretch Practitioner

    Ronald is originally from Columbia, SC. He recently graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a degree in exercise and sport science in December of 2021. He is currently working on obtaining his masters degree in sports psychology. Hobbies include exercising in all aspects and spending time with loved ones and family.


    Oliver Berus

    Stretch Practitioner

    Oliver was born in Sacramento, California but grew up in East Tennessee. He moved to the North Myrtle Beach area in 2016 and obtained his bachelors of exercise sport science from ccu in may 2022. He loves to cook and stay active whether in the gym or on the court. He is also looking to pursue further education in x-ray technology.
