Isabel Delgado

General Manager

Our General Manager, Isabel has earned two Bachelors degrees, Speech Therapy Assistant and Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology and has recently completed her Masters of Science degree in Sports Medicine, specializing in Strength and Conditioning. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She has many clinical hours working with individuals with different abilities, coached CrossFit and Olympic lifting classes for several years. Olivia "Lou" Carpenter

Olivia grew up in the heart of Louisiana. She first gained an interest in fitness when she was 5 years old and began playing soccer. This interest developed into a passion for sports and fitness throughout her primary years and through college in Jacksonville, FL. She is dedicated to understanding what fuels our bodies to perform at their highest level of performance. Olivia is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, Certified in CPR/AED/First Aid, and currently working towards her Yoga Instructor certification.

Alex Betka

Alex Betka comes to Stretch Zone from the performing arts field where he worked as a traveling ballet consultant before accepting Guest Lecturer positions at the United States Air Force Academy and the University of Colorado, where he taught fundamentals of dance, somatics, and kinesiology. He maintains a part-time relationship with Team USA Figure Skating, where he develops pre-season somatic cross-training strategies for athletes making the jump to full-time competitors. The bulk of his professional performance career was with the dance company Catapult Entertainment, most recognizable for appearing in the final six of America's Got Talent at Radio City Music Hall. Credentials include an MFA in Dance and Somatic Kinesiology from New York University, a BFA in Dance from Cornish College of the Arts, and continuing education certifications in Yoga/Body-Mind Centering, Prevertabrate Patterns, the Franklin Method, and Improvisation Technologies. Notable commissions and grants include the Seattle Art Museum, and the Roundabout Theatre Company. He is grateful to Stretch Zone and the lowcountry population for giving his interests a place to land post-shutdown. During his free time, you can catch Alex walking his dog and studying for the GRE.
