Zoe joins the South studio team as Lead Sales Associate. She's a Stretch Zone veteran, having been with our North studio for almost two years. Prior to Stretch Zone, Zoe graduated with a major in Physical Activity and Fitness Management. Her minors are in Aquatics and Outdoor Fitness. She has been an Aquatics Fitness Instructor and now the Lead Stretch Practitioner at Stretch Zone. Zoe loves hearing and seeing the positive changes in clients’ lives. Clients rave about how much better they feel after stretch therapy with Zoe.

Tyler has a BS in Kinesiology/Exercise Science. He has worked as a Physical Therapist and Orthopedics Intern, and also has experience at both Chick-fil-a and Buc-ee’s in supervisory roles. Tyler has a warm heart as evidenced by being a volunteer for the Special Olympics!

Kennedy graduated from Goucher College with a BA in Dance. She is highly knowledgeable about the body and passionate about stretching. Her background includes extensive technical dance training, coursework in Anatomy, Kinesiology, and Laban Movement Analysis (LMA), which develops ways of relieving excess tension, improving efficiency, and developing more easeful movements. Kennedy's experience, education, and strong desire to help a wide range of people connect with their bodies, is a valuable asset to the Stretch Zone team!
