Stretch Zone Reaches Final Stop on Road to 300 Locations
LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. – Stretch Zone, the nation’s premier assisted stretching brand with a patented strapping system on proprietary tables, will open its 300th location on June 27th, 2023. The new studio is located at 4859 Meadows Road Suite 157, Lake Oswego, OR 97035. This announcement takes place exactly a year after Stretch Zone opened their 200th location in June of 2022 and marks a tremendous achievement for the brand as they continue their nationwide expansion.
Stretch Zone Lake Oswego is owned by Michelle Ginn, who has developed Stretch Zone locations across Oregon, California, and Washington. This is the second Stretch Zone studio to open in the Portland area. As a passionate advocate of health and well-being, Ginn is eager to positively influence the lives of their clients through the benefits of assisted stretching.
Tony Zaccario, President and CEO of Stretch Zone, will be making an appearance at the Lake Oswego studio on June 26 to help launch the new business into the community. Zaccario will also be hosting a live-stream celebration for the 300th location along with Drew Brees, Stretch Zone Franchisee and Former NFL Star, hopping on to discuss the brand’s incredible growth.

Throughout the past year, Stretch Zone has opened 100 new locations, providing practitioner-assisted stretching to communities across the country. Among its 300 locations, Stretch Zone has yet to have any studios close which attests to its resilience and equity as a franchise opportunity.

Founded by Jorden Gold in 2004, Stretch Zone got its start from a desire of wanting to help his Pop-Pop regain mobility. Gold, who was working as a trainer at the time, utilized his background in the wellness space to start stretching his grandfather, who had been bed-ridden due to age and a variety of health complications. Gold spent months pioneering a proprietary training method that uses a table and straps to help achieve long lasting effects that truly impact day-to-day life. Pop-Pop went from being bed-ridden, to using his walker, to dancing at his grandchild’s wedding in a matter of months. Gold knew how many lives could benefit from practitioner-assisted stretching and sought to begin introducing the concept to the nation through franchising.
