I understand that there is a 30-day cancellation period that will begin once this written notice is received by the studio.
I understand that any charges that are within the 30-day cancellation period will still process and I will receive the applicable session credits attached to that charge.
I understand that after cancellation, my session credits will remain valid for a 180 day period before expiration.
I understand that I will be notified via email once my membership has been canceled.
