Welcome to Stretch Zone
Are aches and pains keeping you from being you?
Ask yourself this — are you someone that is feeling a little slower than usual? Maybe taking the stairs in the parking garage is a little more taxing, or picking up grandchild isn’t as easy as it was a few months ago. Why does this happen to so many people? Because of aging and the modern lifestyle. Now more than ever, people are sitting and taking part in leisure activities that involve sitting or being inactive.
The average American sits for over six hours every single day. Human beings weren’t meant to stay so sedentary, that is why the Stretch Zone Method® works and is so effective. Instead of pulling on your limbs and creating soreness, we focus on re-educating your nerve-muscle reflex and establishing an ideal resting tone. By targeting your nervous system, the Stretch Zone Method® makes lasting gains in mobility and flexibility. The best part is that you don’t need to leave Greenville to experience a Greenville assisted stretching session.
Why wait to get rid of your aches and pains when a trained professional in Greenville can help you get back to feeling like the real you. The first 30-minute session is free, and the results you see are immediate. The Stretch Zone Method® is designed to help anyone, regardless of age or ability, so don’t put off getting the relief you need.
Feel like yourself again with Stretch Zone

The Stretch Zone Method® addresses flexibility from a neurological perspective. This is achieved by dealing with the muscle’s nervous tension (“tonus”) to reach an optimal active range of motion. The goal is not to make a person more “flexible” or “elastic,” but rather enable you to move more functionally by re-establishing a more ideal resting muscle tone. By re-educating the associated nerve-muscle reflex, the Stretch Zone Method® leads to movement becoming easier and more efficient.
Rather than creating soreness by pulling on our limbs to extremes, the Stretch Zone Method® works through the nervous system to achieve lasting gains in flexibility and range of motion. The method rests on the notion that changing and re-educating our muscle’s nervous energy is a major factor in unleashing our body’s intended function. This nervous energy, known as the stretch reflex, is our body’s automatic defense against the dangers of over-stretching. Any movement that goes too fast or too far, or is held for too long, will cause your body to resist with the stretch reflex. Once the reflex is activated, your body has effectively said “no more” and resists the stretch. Any further attempt at stretching becomes counter productive and may even cause long term damage.
Stretch Zone is the first and largest franchisor in the stretching industry and the only company that combines its proprietary Stretch Zone Method with the patented Stretch Zone Stabilization System to improve consumers overall health and wellness.
Through its Certified Practitioners, Stretch Zone increases clients’ mobility and muscle function which makes daily movement efficient, effortless and enhances their quality of life. Stretch Zone’s practitioners do all the work for the client, while the client receives all the benefits without exerting energy or effort.
To perform each stretch, Stretch Zone systematically positions, stabilizes and isolates the muscle, allowing each client to realize their full lifestyle goals. Whether a client is looking to hit a golf ball longer, swim a faster lap or just sit more comfortably in a chair, Stretch Zone “re-educates” the muscles to move more freely with a greater range of motion and less effort.
All practitioners go through a comprehensive and rigorous 40-hour training program by our Master Trainers in order to be certified on the Stretch Zone Method.
