Hello, my name is Ming Lee and I am the General Manager at Stretch Zone Lakewood Ranch. I am originally from Roswell Georgia but was raised in Birmingham Alabama. I went to school in Birmingham Alabama, finishing with an exercise science degree. I also have a minor in nutrition and a CPT. What I love about Stretch Zone is that it is a very fun environment and I love being able to give people long term results with our programs.
Lexee Lee-Sang has been passionate about health and fitness her whole life. She was a competitive gymnast for 7 years and did dance, cheer, and volleyball after that. She spent 4 years coaching gymnastics and loved watching her athletes progress in the sport. Flexibility has always been a priority for her in the sports she did growing up and she loves helping others improve their flexibility and range of motion. She has experience with bodybuilding, is certified in personal training, and has experience in fitness/lifestyle coaching. Years spent in the gym and coaching have given her knowledge of the body, biomechanics, and the importance of fitness and wellness. Lexee likes working at Stretch Zone because it allows her to share her passion for flexibility and fitness with others while meeting a wide range of people.
