My name is Quintin Ellis. I’m a San Antonio native and UTSA Roadrunner with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science, and a sports enthusiast with an athletic and personal training background. As the GM at Stretch Zone, I enjoy showing others how important stretching is, and teaching them how to stretch properly in order to increase range of motion, help reduce the risk of injury, and enhance physical/athletic abilities. The Staff at Stone Oak is highly qualified - each with degrees in Kinesology, additional Physical, Occupational therapy and/or Personal Training - and of course, the certification required through Stretch Zone. We are all about helping you live a better life day in and day out.

Meet Brittany! Brittany attended the University of Maryland, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Business Law, along with her Master’s degree in Management. At Stretch Zone, she loves helping members achieve their goals and improve their ability to perform everyday activities with greater ease and comfort. Brittany is passionate about supporting each member’s wellness journey and helping them feel their best. One stretch she highly recommends is for the erector spinae muscles to help support posture, mobility, and overall back health!

Meet Bryanna! Bryanna attended the The University of Texas at San Antonio, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science with a minor in Wellness. At Stretch Zone, she loves sharing the knowledge she gained through school with her members and teaching them how stretching benefits their body, movement, and everyday activities. Bryanna is passionate about helping members better understand their bodies while supporting them on their wellness journey. One thing she always recommends is incorporating upper body stretches, since it’s an area that is commonly neglected!

Meet Raven! Raven earned her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science from Texas Lutheran University and is passionate about helping members move and feel better in their everyday lives. One of her favorite parts of working at Stretch Zone is hearing members share that they’re able to do things they’ve never done before or that daily activities have become easier and more comfortable. Raven loves encouraging members throughout their wellness journey and helping them reach their mobility goals. Her go-to recommendation for members is the calf stretch to help improve overall flow through every step!

Joel's favorite part about helping members is seeing them achieve their goals while giving them a head start on healing and building strength. Joel is passionate about helping members move better, feel stronger, and stay active in their everyday lives. One stretch he always recommends is hip stretches — because, as he says, “hips don’t lie!”
